sheff logoThe High Impact Tour at Sheffield includes a special programme for students.  These sessions will take place in Jessop West and are open to Sheffield University students and students of Dutch from Nottingham University. Some elements of the activities will be conducted in Dutch.

This is a student-led programme followed by drinks and snacks in the Jessop West Foyer.

Discussion session: Does literature make a difference?  Is it right that literature is still treated as a privileged mode of transferring meaning in our education system? SR07

Lieve Joris

Workshop on travel writing. Travel writing has a long-standing history and is still very popular today. This workshop will involve creative writing exercises (in English) and will look at the inevitable ‘stranger’s gaze’ of the travel writer. SR04
